In this role, you will learn how to become a best in class salesperson through our industry leading training programme, laying the foundations for a career in tech sales.
What will you be doing?
- Learn how to build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand and explain Phoenix’s products, services, and solutions clearly.
- Help grow and manage a list of new and returning customers.
- Work towards sales goals and key performance targets.
- Build a pipeline of potential sales opportunities.
- Work closely with internal specialists to uncover new opportunities.
- Hold customer calls and meetings, keeping records up to date in the CRM system.
- Represent Phoenix professionally, both internally and externally.
- Get to know each customer’s needs and future plans.
- Learn how to tell the Phoenix story and match our services to customer needs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.
- Build up your own customer base to eventually move into a full sales role.

The right person for this role is anybody who is seeking to kick-start a career in tech sales, you could be someone who recently left school, college or university, or you could be somebody looking for a career change

What is the process?
- 30th June: Applications open

- 4th – 22nd August: Calls with the recruitment team
- 25th August – 7th September: Video interviews
- W/C 22nd September: On site assessment day including final interview
- 3rd November: Intended start date
