We are now very excited to grow that team further by hiring a new Technical Consultant to join our Cloud Endpoint practice that’s shaping the future of modern endpoint management for our customers.
What will you be doing?
- Lead the delivery of projects in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager and Windows 365.
- Contribute to scoping and design workshops to uncover customer requirements and recommend tailored, future-ready endpoint solutions.
- Write comprehensive customer-facing documentation including High-Level Designs, Low-Level Designs and Statement of Works.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure successful delivery against project milestones, timelines, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint management issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customer environments.

The right person for this role will already have proven experience in a similar role within a consultancy environment. You’ll be part of a high-trust, collaborative environment where your contribution is recognised, your ideas are actively sought out, and your expertise has tangible influence.
Key Skills:
- At least 5 years’ experience in an End User Computing or Modern Workplace role.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of client management, collections, application packaging and deployment, software updates, and compliance settings in Configuration Manager.
- Strong understanding in Operating System Deployment (OSD) and Windows Autopilot.
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 configuration management.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra and Microsoft 365 security.
- Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid identity.
Practical stuff
This role can be remote in the UK with visits to our Pocklington office 2-3 times per year.
