We are now very excited to grow that team further by hiring a new part-time Receptionist to work in a multi-faceted role encompassing reception and administration.
What will you be doing?
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, packages, and courier services.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes as required.
- Process new employees on their first day.
- Assist with general administrative tasks for a variety of business functions.

Practical stuff
Where is the role based? This role is based at our HQ in Pocklington (YO42).
What are the hours? This is a part-time role encompassing 2 days per week (Monday & Friday preferred). However, you will be expected to work more hours to cover holidays and sickness when needed.
What is the pay? Salary on offer for this role is £10,140 pro-rata (£13 per hour).
