Due to continued growth, we are hiring a new Operations Executive to support our Cloud Marketplace business.
What will you be doing?
- Create, manage, and maintain all marketplace offers, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across platforms.
- Own cloud marketplace reporting, including tracking performance, analysing trends, and providing actionable insights to support business growth.
- Develop and deliver regular analytics on marketplace performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation and revenue improvement.
- Understand existing Phoenix systems and processes, and align marketplace processes to integrate effectively within current workflows.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve marketplace processes to ensure they are efficient, scalable, and seamless.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline operations and enhance the overall marketplace experience.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics and recommend improvements based on data‑driven insights.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly organised and analytically minded individual at an early stage in their career, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for working with data. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in an operational or administrative environment who is confident using Excel and enjoys problem‑solving and improving processes. You will be proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working across teams in a fast‑paced environment, supporting the smooth running and continuous optimisation of marketplace operations.
Key Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years’ experience in an operational, administrative, or similar support role
- Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data and reporting
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g. data manipulation, basic analysis, reporting)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Experience supporting or improving operational processes
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or internal business systems (desirable)
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset

Practical stuff
Where is the role based? Primary location is our HQ in Pocklington (YO42), this role is hybrid with 2 days per week expected in the office.
