Overview of the role
Phoenix enables digital transformation in the workplace, empowering UK organisations to innovate and transform with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, data, AI, security, and collaboration tools.
We are now seeking a Financial Services Co-Ordinator who can support the finance team as we grow.
What will you be doing?
- Purchase Invoices – you will manage the sales invoicing within Sage, ensuring purchase invoices are processed accurately and deadlines are met. This will include chasing outstanding purchase orders, ensuring bimonthly and ad hoc payment runs are completed to pre-agreed payment terms and managing bespoke invoicing requests from customers.
- Query Resolution – you will be responsible for managing the queries mailbox and replying to customer returns/queries, ensuring they are followed up to completion.
- Operational Support – you will support all other areas of the finance team, in particular the Financial Controller and Management Accountants, maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and support objectives as defined in Phoenix’s information security policy.

The right person for this role will have experience in a similar role, most likely where you focus on many areas of finance and operations. This role is not suited to those with ambitions to progress towards becoming a management accountant as this is not the intended career path.
