We are now hiring a Business Analyst to join our Systems Development team within the ITAM & FinOps division. This role will focus on identifying, analysing and documenting business and system requirements to support the development and enhancement of License Dashboard systems and customer‑facing platforms.
You will act as a key link between customers, business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, helping to ensure solutions are clearly defined, accurately documented and aligned to business goals. This is a great opportunity to play an active role in shaping products and services that support both customer outcomes and operational excellence.
What will you be doing?
- Act as a liaison between business teams, management and software delivery teams.
- Work with product stakeholders to support the development and maintenance of product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements through workshops, interviews, surveys and analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, systems and ways of working.
- Analyse information and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and support business decision‑making.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, workflows and process maps.
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented and approved by stakeholders.
- Act as a point of reference for queries relating to product development and implementation.
- Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure resources are available for development and testing activities.
- Support the adoption of new systems and processes through documentation, demonstrations and stakeholder engagement.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to successful project and product delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across systems, products and processes.
