We are working on behalf of an institution who is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking to expand their investment analysis capabilities at the VP/Director level in their London based Technology team. The team invests at the mid-cap level with a focus on a traditional Private Equity strategy whilst also being able to look at Private Credit situations.
This individual will be responsible for sourcing and originating new investment opportunities across Europe, leading the deal evaluation and execution, serving on portfolio company boards, monitoring performance, and supporting exit planning and execution.
We would be keen to engage with individuals who have 7+ years of experience and are already working in an investment seat focusing on mid-cap private equity opportunities. A proven track record of leading investment transactions with an existing network and strong relationship-building skills would be preferred.
