Our client is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking to expand their Investment Analysis capabilities in their Private Credit team in London. The team invests across the capital structure from liquid credit through to distressed for control situations with a global remit.
The Investment Analyst will lead the financial analysis and modelling of investments as well as evaluating the capital structure with a mind to identifying investment opportunities. The role will also entail preparing investment memos and the management of portfolio companies.
We would be keen to engage with individuals who have 1-5 years of experience and are already working in an investment seat focusing on Private Credit or at an Investment Bank in either the Restructuring Advisory or Leveraged Finance team. Due to technical and specific skills associated with the role, only suitable candidates will be contacted.
