Our client is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking to expand their Investment Analysis capabilities in their Special Situations team in London. The team invests across the capital structure from liquid credit through to distressed for control situations with a global remit.
The Investment Analyst will lead the sourcing and originating new investment opportunities across Europe, leading the deal evaluation and execution, serving on portfolio company boards, monitoring performance, and supporting exit planning and execution.
We would be keen to engage with individuals who have 9+ years of experience and are working in an investment seat focusing on Special Situations or Distressed opportunities, either at a fund or on a trading desk. Prior experience in Restructuring or Leveraged Finance would be preferred but not required.
