A newly established, London-based private markets platform is appointing a partner-level Head of Capital Formation to lead its European institutional fundraising. This is a build role at an emerging manager, with genuine partnership economics and a mandate to develop and own the European LP book across the UK and Continental Europe, cross-selling a diversified, thematic platform that spans multiple strategies.
- 15+ years in private markets capital raising, investor relations or placement agent coverage
- Established European institutional LP and consultant/gatekeeper relationships
- Strong command of UK/EU disclosure standards, including SFDR
- An entrepreneurial mindset suited to building at an early-stage platform
- Multilingual capability a plus (German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian)
