We are looking to appoint an experienced search professional to our London team, focused on delivering senior leadership mandates across the Private Capital landscape. This role sits firmly at the top end of the market, partnering with investors, boards and executive teams to shape leadership across Private Equity, Credit, Infrastructure and Real Estate.
The opportunity
You will lead retained mandates across a broad Private Capital client base, working directly with Partners, Operating Partners and C-suite leaders on critical hires. This is a role for someone who is already operating at a high level and wants a platform that matches both their ambition and capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute retained search mandates end-to-end
- Advise clients on leadership strategy, succession and talent mapping
- Build and maintain senior relationships across funds and portfolio companies
- Deliver market insights and intelligence that go beyond the brief
- Contribute to the continued growth and positioning of the Private Capital practice
Profile
- 6+ years’ experience in executive search or specialist recruitment within Private Capital / Financial Services (Private Equity, Credit, Infrastructure or Real Estate funds)
- A demonstrable, consistent track record of delivering and billing at a high level
- Strong network and credibility with senior stakeholders across the market
- Highly commercial, intellectually sharp and execution-focused
- Operates with pace, ownership and uncompromising standards
