Phoenix School is seeking an experienced Work-Related Learning Coordinator to lead work placements for KS4 and KS5 students. You will coach and mentor students, helping them develop coping strategies and resilience to thrive in new environments and with new people.
The role focuses on enabling autistic students to engage in Work-Related Learning opportunities, supporting their independence and confidence while contributing to school development and collaboration with external providers.
