Phoenix SC is recruiting on behalf of a leading European private aviation organisation for an ambitious Sales Executive to join their growing commercial team based in London.
Our client operates a large fleet of private aircraft and provides a range of premium aviation services, including fractional aircraft ownership, charter, aircraft management, maintenance, aircraft trading, and training.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to join an established private aviation business and play a key role in developing its presence across the UK market.
Working closely with the UK Sales Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the growth of the company's fractional aircraft ownership portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK market through targeted prospecting and market research.
β’ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and manage opportunities throughout the sales process.
β’ Develop long-term relationships with prospective clients, high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and industry contacts.
β’ Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings with prospective clients and key industry stakeholders.
β’ Work closely with the UK Sales Director to develop and execute business development strategies.
β’ Utilise professional networks, partnerships, industry events, and other channels to generate new opportunities.
β’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, prospects, and opportunities within the CRM system.
β’ Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a high level of service throughout the customer journey.
β’ Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, proactively supporting their requirements.
β’ Coordinate client requests including demonstration flights, contractual queries, invoicing, and other administrative requirements.
β’ Work collaboratively with European Sales and Marketing teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
β’ Attend aviation events, trade shows, client meetings, and networking events as required.
Requirements
β’ 2β4 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a commercially focused role.
β’ Previous experience within aviation, private aviation, luxury services, financial services, or another high-value sales environment is highly desirable.
β’ Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
β’ Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
β’ Confident communicating with senior decision-makers and high-value clients.
β’ Strong knowledge of the UK market and an established professional network would be advantageous.
β’ Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven approach.
β’ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team.
β’ Strong customer-focused and commercially aware mindset.
β’ Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
