Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider? An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based across City of London and West End. PRS are currently looking for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover commercial office and high-end residential contracts across The City of London and West End. The successful candidates will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial / high-end residential building maintenance. This is a Van Mobile position requiring attendance at multiple sites to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant, with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance. The company offers a competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum, overtime, and further training. Duties: Perform planned and reactive maintenance as instructed, including electrical & mechanical PPM, reactive works, minor building repairs, plumbing works including drainage, and other general duties supporting client needs. Update completed tasks on the site PDA system. Maintain high standards of workmanship to ensure the operation, effectiveness, and reliability of building systems. Assist specialist subcontractors with PPM and reactive works. Follow all site procedures and health & safety protocols. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all site works.
