I’m recruiting for an electrical maintenance engineer to join the day engineering team at a modern state‑of‑the‑art AI‑ready data centre campus, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on critical electrical infrastructure.
The role includes:
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive electrical maintenance and fault finding
- Electrical repairs and small installations
- Inspection, testing and ensuring compliance with current regulations
- Maintaining critical electrical systems to the highest safety and operational standards
- Working as part of a multi-skilled engineering team on a static site
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent in Electrical Installation
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
- Experience in commercial building maintenance, facilities management, data centres or other critical environments
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and electrical compliance
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
