Key Responsibilities

- Operational Duties: Adhere strictly to client contract requirements, consistently aiming to meet and exceed KPIs. Execute both reactive and planned maintenance tasks to impeccable standards. Follow established and emergency protocols. Champion the account’s Risk & Safety practices to prevent service disruptions. Collaborate with the broader team to identify areas for refining technical service delivery. Demonstrate a proactive approach to service enhancement, driven by a commitment to continual improvement.
Desired Experience & Technical Skills
- HV/LV Authorized Person (AP15) – Refresher courses available.
- Updated IEE: Wiring and Installation Regulations or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
- HNC & HND in Engineering.
- Confined Authorized Person – Refresher courses available.
- Mechanical Pressure Authorized Person – Refresher courses available.
- IOSH certification.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ in electrical/mechanical discipline.
- Previous experience in a Critical Engineering Facility.
- Strong PC literacy, proficiency with systems like BMS, and other digital control/monitoring platforms.
Work Location
This role operates on a rotational shift pattern (12 hours), covering both day and night shifts. Flexibility to support the team outside of designated shifts is essential. The position is based at our client’s premises.
