Your Mission: As our Shift Leader HV AP / HV SAP, your mission revolves around ensuring the seamless operation of critical electrical systems. You will take the reins in overseeing project works, monitoring installations and removals, and providing expert guidance to the client. Responsibilities:
- Monitor project works to ensure compliance with health and safety policies and standards.
- Active participation in relevant program and project management meetings.
- Oversee system installations and removals while offering essential data and insights.
- Enforce the use of safe work systems for all project works.
- Review Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMs) for optimal system performance.
- Advise the client on critical decisions impacting their operations.
- Align project and business-as-usual (BAU) activities for seamless integration.
- Produce timely and relevant reports as required.
- Identify and escalate critical issues to the project integration technical manager.
- Assist in preparing and executing shutdowns for maximum efficiency.
