The Role.

• Assisting kitchen teams with food preparation tasks.
• Washing pots, pans, crockery, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout kitchen and service areas.
• Assisting with food service and counter service when required.
• Receiving and storing deliveries.
• Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Supporting catering teams during busy service periods.

What We're Looking For.

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter, Catering Assistant, General Assistant, or within a hospitality environment.
• A valid, in-date Enhanced DBS Certificate (essential).
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliability, punctuality, and good communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
