Exciting Opportunity for a Foot Mobile Engineer in Central London! Our client is seeking a skilled Foot Mobile Engineer to join their team in central London, offering fantastic benefits and opportunities for career progression, including comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across various sites.
- Conduct maintenance on commercial offices and high-end residential properties (landlord supplies only).
- Provide cover for static sites during holidays and sickness.
- Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and reactive jobs, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the general building services industry with relevant qualifications.
- NVQ Diploma in Installing and Maintaining Refrigeration Systems (Level 2) or NVQ Diploma in Installing, Testing, and Maintaining Air-Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems (Level 2).
- Recognized qualification in at least one maintenance/engineering discipline.
- Proficiency in installing plant, fixtures, and fittings as required.
- Ability to carry out servicing and repairs of on-site plant, fixtures, and fittings.
- Organizational skills for managing various housekeeping tasks and arrangements.
Desirable Qualifications:
- City & Guilds certification in Plumbing, Electrical, or Gas.
- 2391 Test and Inspection certification.
