Battersea, London. Salary £35,000 per annum. Daytime hours – mainly Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a talented and confident Pizza & Pasta Chef (Chef de Partie) to join a dynamic kitchen team in Battersea. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef to step up and lead a key section within a professional brigade of 20 chefs.

The Role
  • Take ownership of the Pizza & Pasta section, working alongside a dedicated team (1 pizza chef, 1 pasta chef) and leading the section to deliver consistently high‑quality dishes.
  • Lead and manage the pizza & pasta section.
  • Prepare fresh, high‑quality dishes with a strong focus on making sauces from scratch.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Support and guide junior team members in the section.
  • Work collaboratively within a large, professional kitchen brigade.
Working Hours
  • Predominantly Monday to Friday.
  • Day shifts: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm.
  • Occasional weekend shifts required.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi ready to step up.
  • Solid background in pizza and/or pasta preparation.
  • Confidence to lead a small section independently.
  • Passion for fresh ingredients and classic techniques.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
