Salary: £16 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:30 (½ hour unpaid break)

Contract: Temp to Perm or Permanent

Requirements: Enhanced DBS check

Parking: No parking available on site

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Chef de Partie. You’ll be part of a team working in a modern kitchen with a strong team spirit.

Key Responsibilities for Chef de Partie:

  • Running your own section and maintaining high food and safety standards
  • Preparing and serving meals for breakfast, lunch, and hospitality events
  • Supporting menu cycles, food preparation, and service
  • Assisting with functions and occasional weekend work on a rota
  • Covering reduced hours during school holiday periods

Requirements for Chef de Partie:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Food Production (or equivalent)
  • Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Enhanced DBS check (required)
  • Passion for food and high standards
  • Experience in busy, high-volume kitchens
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work under pressure
