Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Lead/multiskilled maintenance electrician to join a dedicated maintenance and engineering team within a prestigious commercial facility in the Ribble Valley area of Lancashire.
The position is permanent, with working hours Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times. Overtime and on-call duties are available. Parking is on-site, and a site vehicle is provided.
Salary is up to £43,000 per annum.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading electrical and mechanical HVAC maintenance, delivering planned and reactive maintenance within a prestigious estate.
- Performing PPM and reactive electrical maintenance on building services.
- Leading the maintenance team and overseeing subcontractors.
- Completing compliance paperwork and risk assessments.
- Monitoring and improving BMS systems for energy efficiency.
- Diagnosing faults and executing repairs in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fabric areas.
Requirements include:
- Qualified Electrician (Level 3 or Part 1 & 2).
- Experience in PPM and reactive maintenance, with supervisory experience.
- Multiskilled in mechanical PPM tasks.
- Experience with RAMS, permits, and plant room operations.
- 18th Edition certification.
- Client-facing skills.
