Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Solihull/Birmingham/Leamington Spa/occasional travel to sites in the North
£37,000 – £40,000 per annum plus van
We are recruiting for a mobile mechanical building services maintenance engineer to provide maintenance and small works services to sites in the Solihull, Birmingham and Leamington Spa areas, with occasional travel to sites in the North. You will be expected to have good knowledge of FM disciplines and building services on commercial sites. This role will suit someone that wants to work locally in the West Midlands. This is a permanent position paying 37 – 40k depending on experience.
Mobile Mechanical Engineer – Your main duties will include (but not limited to):
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Basic Plumbing – leaks, taps, toilets
AHU/Fan coil maintenance
Pumps, motors
Water management
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
Mobile Mechanical Engineer Requirements:
Formal qualification (either City and Guilds or NVQ) in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Valid driving license
Requirement to join the call out rota (£150 standby and minimum 4 hours if called out)
