Our client is seeking a Mechanical Shift Leader to join their team on a prestigious contract based in The City of London. The role offers a salary of £50,000, overtime, pension, and career stability. The company specializes in mechanical and electrical installation, with over 30 years of industry experience, providing construction, engineering, and facilities management services nationwide.
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with C&G / NVQ levels 2 & 3, and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Responsibilities:- Carrying out daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
- Leading a team of engineers
- Managing KPIs and SLAs
- Performing reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and completing documentation
- Participating in a call-out rota for out-of-hours client support
- Proactively reducing energy consumption on site
- Adhering to all health and safety policies
