PRS Recruitment Agency is currently seeking experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to work with some of our most prestigious client in London. As a leading provider of recruitment solutions, we offer competitive rates of pay ranging between Β£22.00 and Β£24.00 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
Key responsibility:

  • Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
  • Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
  • Emergency lighting
  • Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
  • Chillers – Re-set
  • Water Treatment (Temperature checks)
  • Pumps, motors
  • Water Treatment
  • BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
  • UPS Systems – Monitor / Take readings
  • Requirements:

  • Trade trained with ideally 3 years’ experience in the building services
  • City & Guilds Qualified Mechanical
  • Has the will and desire to succeed and learn
  • Good building services knowledge
