Responsibilities

• Management of the engineering team.
• Ensuring delivery of set contractual KPIs and SLAs.
• Provide technical support and advice to the team in relation to electrical and HVAC maintenance.
• Manage and oversee day-to-day performance.
• Provide estimates and costs for project works.
• Maximise contract profitability.
• Ensure statutory compliance and health and safety requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanical and electrical and HVAC maintenance, backed up with technical qualifications.
• Experience as a Contract Manager, with a technical background in HVAC maintenance in a facilities environment.
• Customer-focused, with proven ability in compliance management, and the ability to build rapport with both the team and the customer.

Benefits/Working

On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of up to £56,000 per annum. Working mainly Monday – Friday; there may be a requirement to work occasional weekends as a duty manager (approximately 1 in 5).
