Phoenix Resourcing Services is seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our facilities team. The role covers general building services maintenance, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive work to keep sites safe and compliant.
You will carry out plumbing maintenance and repairs (toilets, sinks, pipework), support water hygiene checks, and maintain records. A full UK driving license is required to use the company van, and training for L8 Legionella is provided.
