Role Purpose: The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of hyperscale data centre construction projects, ensuring alignment with programme, commercial, safety, and technical requirements. This role plays a critical function in ensuring infrastructure is delivered to mission-critical standards and supports successful commissioning and operational handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Lead and manage delivery of construction scope; Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams; Ensure infrastructure delivered meets client requirements.
- Programme Management: Manage delivery in accordance with programme milestones; Identify and mitigate programme risks.
- Commercial Management: Support commercial performance and cost control; Manage subcontractor performance.
- Commissioning Support: Ensure infrastructure supports commissioning readiness; Support integrated systems testing.
