We are recruiting for a Foot Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to support a portfolio of high-quality corporate office buildings across central London. This is a customer-facing role suited to an engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and delivering a first-class service in professional office environments.
You will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, coordinating subcontractors, and supporting small works and office-related projects while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
- Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractor works, ensuring quality and compliance
- Liaise confidently with clients and building users
- Manage PPM schedules and planner activities
- Support office moves, small works, and minor project tasks
- Carry out access control, basic fabric works, and general handyperson duties
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and site presentation
- 18th Edition and Level 3 Electrical qualification (essential)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar maintenance role
- Multi-skilled background within commercial or corporate buildings
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
- Salary up to £45,000 per annum
