Are you ready to take ownership of a cutting-edge Distech BMS system and shape the future of smart building operations in London? At ISS, we’re looking for a BMS Specialist who combines technical expertise with leadership skills to deliver excellence in a high-profile corporate environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running the show for all BMS requirements across our London Campus.
- Acting as the go-to technical expert, supporting operations and central engineering.
- Driving performance improvements and energy optimisation — think CO₂ control linked to plant activity.
- Bridging the gap between engineer and manager, providing proactive guidance.
- Managing budgets, risks, and critical spares to keep everything running smoothly.
- Building strong partnerships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and colleagues.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and shaping future Capex and asset strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid BMS experience (electrical background a big plus).
- Hands-on knowledge of Distech BMS (ideally).
- Experience in corporate banking or similar environments is an advantage.
- Someone who understands client needs and can deliver solutions beyond expectations.
