Here at PRS Recruitment, we are looking for a Receptionist who has experience using PMS Systems (Property Management System) for our client based in Euston.
The role:
- 5 days over 7, with hours either 7am to 3:30pm or 2:30pm to 11:00pm, fixed rota. Must be flexible with weekends.
- £13.85 per hour, hourly contract, with additional hours paid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive culture throughout the department.
- Providing the highest level of service to exceed guest expectations.
- Welcoming all visitors and guests warmly, maintaining eye contact and a smile.
- Informing everyone of upcoming daily events in the venue.
- Handling visitor inquiries and requests.
- Managing visitor passes and directing visitors appropriately.
- Issuing day passes, Members passes, and Gym passes.
- Answering calls within three rings and attending to voicemails promptly.
- Receiving and transferring calls internally.
