We are looking for a professional and friendly Temporary Receptionist to provide front‑of‑house and administrative support at our site in Hook. This role is ideal for someone organised, confident, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors
- Answer and manage telephone calls/switchboard
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages
- Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes
- Manage boardroom schedules and equipment
- Provide general administrative support including typing, filing, photocopying, and preparing mail
Skills & Experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Well organised with a high level of confidentiality
