About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Head Store Person to join a prestigious global bank at their head office in Canary Wharf. This key role is responsible for managing stock, coordinating deliveries, and supporting day-to-day operations across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock & Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and accurately book in all deliveries.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Manage supplier orders and maintain replenishment schedules.
- Logistics & Distribution
- Coordinate and deliver goods (including stationery, catering supplies, cleaning products, and equipment) across multiple floors.
- Prioritise urgent requests from front‑of‑house, facilities, and office teams.
- Operational Support
- Work closely with front‑of‑house and hospitality teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide support to meeting rooms, kitchens, and events by ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Systems & Reporting
- Maintain accurate stock records using manual or digital systems.
- Produce reports on stock usage, wastage, and ordering trends.
- Monitor budgets and identify opportunities to control costs.
