Looking for a Handyperson/Fabric Engineer to work in a prestigious commercial environment at a static site in Burton-Upon-Trent. This position is offered initially as cover with a strong possibility for a long term extension for the right person. Working Monday – Friday paying £18 per hour on a temporary contract with weekly pay.
Main duties:
- Painting and Decorating tasks.
- Basic carpentry work such as door closures, handle changes etc.
- Basic plumbing tasks.
- Change light bulbs and test emergency lights.
- Test fire alarms and doors.
- Repair building fixtures, including doors, handles, and windows.
The ideal candidate will hold a formal qualification (City and Guilds or NVQ) in a trade such as plumbing or carpentry or painting.
