We are recruiting on behalf of a facilities maintenance company for a Multi-Skilled Static Electrical Bias Engineer to work on a Commercial static site in Farnborough.
Role Overview:
- Carry out general building maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) across the site.
- Undertake electrical including fault-finding, repairs, and servicing of site systems.
- Support other building systems where required, such as heating, ventilation, and minor mechanical works.
- Conduct routine inspections, checks, and compliance tests to maintain a safe and operational site.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance, PPMs, and health & safety compliance.
- Work collaboratively with other site staff and contractors to deliver a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.
- Respond to reactive maintenance and emergency call-outs on a 1 in 3 rota, ensuring minimal disruption.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified electrically.
- 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (essential).
- Experience as a multi-skilled electrical engineer in commercial or facilities environments.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Flexible approach to call-outs.
