Job Description:
PRS Recruitment is seeking a Mobile Fabric Engineer to perform planned and reactive commercial maintenance at a prestigious site in Liverpool Street. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and experience in commercial building maintenance.
This role is suitable for a Fabric Technician seeking progression, offering a competitive salary and potential career development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Basic Plumbing
- Lamp changing
- Taking tap temperatures
- Flushing
- Preventive and reactive maintenance (PPMs)
- Assisting other engineers onsite
- Floor tile replacement (carpet and ceramic)
- Replacing suspended ceiling tiles and cleaning ceiling grilles
Requirements:
- City & Guilds qualifications in Bricklaying, Plastering, Tiling, Painting, and Decoration
