Are you a hardworking Kitchen Porter or General Assistant with a valid Enhanced DBS certificate looking for flexible temporary work across London? We are currently looking for someone on an ongoing basis Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 2:30pm for an immediate start.
The Role
- Assisting kitchen teams with food preparation tasks.
- Washing pots, pans, crockery, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout kitchen and service areas.
- Assisting with food service and counter service when required.
- Receiving and storing deliveries.
- Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
- Supporting catering teams during busy service periods.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter, Catering Assistant, General Assistant, or within a hospitality environment.
- A valid, in-date Enhanced DBS Certificate (essential).
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliability, punctuality, and good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
