Our client, with over 40 years of experience, is looking for an Electrical Engineering Supervisor to join their team on a new site in Paddington. Duties include:
- Supervising daily engineering activities in property areas
- Acting as the first contact for engineers and managers
- Managing helpdesk and allocation desk issues
- Ensuring contractual KPIs & SLAs are met
- Conducting site health and safety inspections, vehicle inspections, and logbook audits
- Maintaining statutory compliance of buildings
- Attending or managing critical call-outs and preparing incident reports and quotes for remedial works
- Performing site supervisory visits for quality assurance
- Updating tools and equipment status
- Coordinating site access and service schedules
- Checking PPE compliance and condition
- Providing monthly safety briefings
- Planning on-call rotas
- Auditing subcontractors
- Maintaining client relationships and communication
- Managing staffing during leave periods
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in a Lead Engineer or Supervisor role
