The predicted salary is between 42000 - 84000 Β£ per year.

This role involves supporting the Bank’s infrastructure, focusing on maintaining critical engineering systems across multiple sites, including office, data centre, and production environments.

Responsibilities include planned and reactive maintenance, system checks, fault diagnosis, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will operate as an authorised person for LV electrical/mechanical systems, collaborate with contractors, and promote a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance using IWMS.
  • Conduct system checks and diagnose faults.
  • Maintain HVAC, electrical, fire safety, and other essential systems.
  • Support statutory testing and collaborate with OEM contractors.
  • Operate as an authorised person for LV systems.
  • Participate in on-call duties and incident exercises.
Qualifications & Certifications:
  • City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in engineering.
  • IOSH Managing Safely or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to achieve Security Check (SC) clearance.
Technical Experience:
  • Experience with IWMS platforms and HMI devices.
  • Hands-on experience with HVAC, BMS, electrical, and safety systems.
  • Experience as an authorised person in HV or LV systems.
