We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer – Electrical Bias to join a busy site providing multi-disciplinary maintenance services. This role is ideal for a proactive engineer who can work across electrical and mechanical systems, delivering high standards of service and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Carry out general building maintenance and electrical installation tasks as required.
- Record and report all work accurately using the site management system.
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Support colleagues and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent)
- 17th/18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
- IPAF 3A & 3B certification (desirable)
- Basic mechanical knowledge (advantageous)
- Experience maintaining electrical and mechanical systems to defined standards
- Ability to read technical drawings and solve problems effectively
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible, reliable, and able to provide cover when needed
Desirable Skills:
- Multi-disciplinary maintenance experience
- Knowledge of building management systems
- Experience in highly operational or technical environments
Shift Pattern:
- 5 on / 2 off, 6 on / 3 off (07:00–17:00)
- On-call responsibilities during shift
- 7 days a week coverage
