Weβre looking for an Asset Data Co-ordinator to join one of our clients for a 9-month temporary contract, with the potential for a permanent role. This is an exciting opportunity to support and maintain high-quality asset and contract data, ensuring seamless integration with our CAFM systems.
Key Responsibilities for Data Co-ordinator:
- Support and manage asset data processes, including asset loading and contract updates
- Assist in gathering PPM data and maintaining the CAFM system
- Identify and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with operations teams
- Provide regular progress updates to the Global Asset Data Manager (GADM)
- Input and maintain asset data and API integration mappings with CAFM systems
- Support data mobilisation and deployment activities with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing errors
- Ensure accurate setup of asset and PPM data within CAFM systems
- Conduct audits on a percentage of work activities and update plans based on technician feedback
- Complete data entry tasks accurately and in line with internal procedures
Experience we look for in a Data Co-ordinator:
- Advanced Excel skills are essential β VBA or Python experience is a must
- Previous experience with asset management, database management, work planning/scheduling, or CAFM systems is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable handling large data volumes and deriving actionable insights
- Proactive, organised, and capable of working independently
- Calm and methodical under pressure with good multitasking abilities
