In this pivotal role, you will lead a large, skilled engineering team, driving operational efficiency and service delivery within a critical banking facility. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead a talented engineering team, driving performance, delivering training, and planning for future succession. Inspire high levels of service excellence and foster a collaborative environment.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee 24 / 7 operational management of the data centre, ensuring continuous availability and compliance with service‑level agreements (SLAs).
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the client organization, identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings and add value.
- Engineering & Facilities Management: Take responsibility for all engineering, maintenance, and high‑voltage systems, ensuring the critical infrastructure is maintained to the highest standards.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure rigorous adherence to health and safety standards, operational protocols, and regulatory compliance within the high‑security environment.
- Commercial & Financial Management: Oversee the contract’s commercial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and driving efficiencies to ensure maximum value and profitability.
