Responsibilities include:
- Operate and maintain electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot equipment, log incidents, and resolve issues.
- Manage critical building systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire detection, water systems.
- Perform authorized low/high voltage switching operations.
- Utilize BMS, PMS, CMS systems.
- Oversee preventative maintenance and coordinate subcontractors.
- Follow operational procedures and track progress via service desk systems.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
- HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
