PRS are working with a key client who require a Kitchen Manager for their contract catering, Birmingham based site – postcode B18. This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday.
The role in question is for a high security operation and therefore requires a vigorous vetting process that can take several weeks. This will involve 5 year history checks on residency and employment. Please only apply for this role if you are comfortable having these checks done.
Once completed you will be part of a strong and experienced catering management team, providing quality fresh food dishes. Please be aware that the role will be mainly office based but you will step into the kitchen as and when required to do so.
You will need to have NVG catering or equivalent cooking experience in a contract catering environment. Good understanding of written and spoken English. Customer service experience. Lived in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work and must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
