Air Conditioning Engineer –Hammersmith – £44,000
Location: Hammersmith
Salary: £44,000 Plus Overtime
Hours – Days Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
PRS is currently recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer tobe looking after a Contract located in Hammersmith.The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance with an all-around understanding of most M&E/Fabric plants. You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary paying between £40,000 – £44,000.

Duties:
- Maintaining/repairing and serving a large variety of AC and refrigeration
- Lead a team of Engineers
- Plant Splits, VRV’s, VRF’s, chillers, down flow units and Heat Pumps
- HVAC Plant and all associated Equipment
- AHU Plant and associated Equipment
- Split System Maintenance
- VRV Servicing
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent (minimum) Air-conditioning and refrigeration
- Commercial experience in Building Services or FM Background
- Experience with VRV’s, VRF’s, chillers, Air handling units
- F Gas2079/2089qualified
- Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge
- Flexible with a positive attitude and approach
