An opportunity has arisen for a events sous chef to join their kitchen team based in Watford.
Duties as Events Sous Chef You will be responsible for day to day running events from buffets, canapes, formal sit down dinners.
Working within a permanent chef brigade of 4 plus agency/internal support during peak periods and busy events. You will have the support by the exec chef and other departments when needed. This is a kitchen based role and will be required to cook and managing the kitchen operations including H&S and allergens.
The ideal Events Sous Chef will have proven experience as a Sous Chef, Senior CDP in a high volume environment, a real passion for fresh food and previous client liaison experience. Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
