PRS are proud to be partnering with one of London’s most exciting new restaurant openings, led by an award-winning Head Chef already recognised as one of the country’s most talented young culinary names. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious and grounded Sous Chef to join from the very beginning and help shape a restaurant destined for serious industry recognition.

The concept is a small-cover, casual dining restaurant delivering Michelin-level cuisine in a relaxed, family-style setting. The menu celebrates exceptional British produce, heavily influenced by the chef's heritage and personal style.

With a small, highly skilled kitchen brigade and a 4.5-day operation, this role offers the chance to work closely with a genuinely exceptional chef in an environment focused on creativity, precision and team culture.
