PRS is proud to be partnering with an exceptional, Michelin-starred restaurant in London to recruit a talented and driven Restaurant Manager. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected venue known for its refined yet welcoming approach to hospitality, where consistency, attention to detail, and genuine guest care are at the heart of everything they do.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the front-of-house operation, working closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to deliver seamless, memorable dining experiences. You will act as both a service leader and cultural ambassador, ensuring the highest standards are always upheld. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring energy, precision, and a passion for excellence within a Michelin-level environment.

About You
- Essential:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (or equivalent)
