- Take ownership of a section, specialising in robata, tempura, and yakitori.
- Execute dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail aligned with Michelin-level standards.
- Contribute to a disciplined, ambitious kitchen culture focused on excellence.
The Ideal Candidate
- Currently working as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a high-end Japanese restaurant.
- Experience within top-tier London dining establishments, ideally with Michelin exposure.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Japanese techniques and premium ingredients.
- Proven experience with robata grill, tempura, and yakitori.
- A passion for excellence and a desire to work in a Michelin-driven environment.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen.
