Salary: £30,000 + cash tips & tronc OTE £38,000
Hours: 45–50 hours per week, 5 days over 7
Times : 8:00am start, out the door by 10:00pm latest

Company information- The Crab Tree is a beautiful, destination restaurant and pub set in the heart of the Sussex countryside in Lower Beeding — a village of just around 1,000 people, surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the area.
We serve classic British and French cuisine , with a strong focus on exceptional ingredients, traditional techniques and food made entirely from scratch. Everything from our bread, ice cream and sauces to our stocks and jus is produced in-house.
The restaurant is currently undergoing refurbishment and will reopen on 14th September , with an ambitious plan to build on its reputation and return to the Michelin Guide .
With just two other restaurants in the village — both Michelin-starred, The restaurant is part of a genuinely exciting food destination.
